Directions to the Property
Head toward the small plane airport alongside Eyak Lake on Power Creek Road. Continue past the airport to the end of the runway, where you’ll find a boat launch. Just beyond the boat launch, you’ll see a dumpster next to a road that climbs the hill—this is Sunnyside Drive.
Turn left and follow Sunnyside Drive uphill until you reach a T-intersection. Turn left again and continue to the top of the hill. You will then see a long driveway on your right.
The property features a large greenhouse in the center of a circular driveway, a tan house with a brown roof, and a color matched detached garage. Your apartment is located upstairs in the detached garage, and we live in the main house. The entryway is to the right of the garage. Please park in front of the stairs to your unit alongside the building.
